Steps for a Cause

Steps for a Cause is an employee volunteer campaign of the Insular Foundation and the Human Resources Division. The campaign involves InLife employees engaging in walking activities where InLife and we match their steps with monetary donations. The employees are encouraged to give back and boost their health and wellness while they work from home. This campaign also serves as a booster to the activity of the Human Resources Division, 110M Steps to Wellness.



InLife employees have pooled together 38,282,911 steps, raising over P600,000 in donations. The donation funds are turned over to nine health institutions and charitable organizations. The campaign is a health and wellness initiative, in which employees are encouraged to show off their volunteerism through their steps. With pride, the Steps for a Cause has also been praised and recognized by the Philippine Quill Awards in 2022.
